What’s new: The famous designer Nicola Susen, better known as Nicolor, has designed a cowl from our Cozy Fingering yarn. We are very excited to introduce Zugspitze to you, a cozy cowl to warm your neck. The cowl is very easy to knit, yet the result looks amazing. The pattern contains photos of both the Zugspitze, which is the highest mountain in the German Alps, as well as lake Eibsee, which is at the foot of Zugspitze and one of my favorite hiking areas. You can purchase the pattern on Ravelry and also find more photos of the pattern on Nicola’s website: www.nicolor.de

Cozy Fingering

There are three brand new colors on the Cozy Fingering yarn base:

  • A new blue which we named Walchensee, after a wonderful big lake close to our home and surrounded by mountains.
  • A moss green which reminded us of the Murnauer Moos, the largest swamp in Europe.
  • And finally a warm dark grey, we called Moonwalk.

We hope you like the new colors and enjoy knitting with them.

Color Nep

The newest addition to the shop is the Aran yarn “Color Nep”. It is really soft and fun to knit with, consisting of 85% superwash Merino and 15% colored viscose nep, this yarn is really ideal for childrens clothing but also for hats that make for a colorful appearance during the rather grey winter. The yarn runs 166 meters, depending on your project we recommend to use 4.5 to 6 mm knitting needles. At the moment we offer 6 colors and as usual the undyed yarn as well.
